✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✨
At Butterfly Wax & Beauty, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following:
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a 40% fee of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Cancellation fees may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment if rescheduled.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.

I can't recommend this place—or Vanessa—enough! I always have such a great experience. Vanessa makes sure you feel relaxed and comfortable through every step of the waxing process, and she’s always happy to explain what she’s doing and answer any questions. She is incredibly detailed and careful with her craft; I get so comfortable and trust her so much during appointments that I almost fall asleep while she waxes! She also has amazing music taste!
I’ve been waxing for about a year now, and I can confidently say that a good waxer can make or break the entire experience.
